The Song Rin bridge project started construction in April 2019, with a total length of 3,561m, the main item of the project is the 319m-long Song Rin bridge, 43m-long Nuoc Rac bridge and the path connecting the two bridges. and Di Lang town on Provincial Road 623. The project has a total investment of 245 billion VND, invested by the Quang Ngai Province Traffic Construction Investment Project Management Board.
The old Song Rin Bridge is an ordinary reinforced concrete overflow bridge, with a cross section of 4.5m, without a railing system, and has deteriorated very seriously. Especially in the rainy season, the Rin River overflows onto the bridge surface, endangering the lives of people participating in traffic crossing the bridge. Therefore, the investment in the construction of a new Song Rin Bridge is very urgent to ensure smooth traffic between Son Ha and Son Tay districts, especially in the rainy season; moreover, the new construction of Song Rin Bridge according to the approved planning of Di Lang town, Son Ha district also contributes to expanding urban space, promoting socio-economic development in the center of Son Ha district.
VTCO participated in implementing BIM application in construction management. By January 2021, we have completed 85% of the assigned workload, meeting the schedule committed to the Investor.
